While the location isn’t as terrible as some reviews suggest—it’s only 500m from the railway station—first impressions matter, and I found the front desk staff a bit unwelcoming. It’s crucial for hotels to ensure their teams exude warmth, especially when welcoming guests. On a brighter note, Azad and his curly-haired colleague were more accommodating, showcasing the potential that lies within the service industry.
