Be prepared for a few quirks; the bathroom situation was less than ideal with no hot water-just a bucket method to wash up. While the location isn't as terrible as some reviews suggest-it's only 500m from the railway station-first impressions matter, and I found the front desk staff a bit unwelcoming. It's crucial for hotels to ensure their teams exude warmth, especially when welcoming guests. On a brighter note, Azad and his curly-haired colleague were more accommodating, showcasing the potential that lies within the service industry. Ultimately, if you value a practical stay over opulent details, Marhaba Palace may just fit the bill-just manage your expectations and prioritize comfort over luxury.
